Important: This page is a general service summary. Every accepted job should use ATXGG's Delivery, Moving, Assembly & Anchoring Work Order. The signed or electronically accepted work order controls the job-specific scope, access assumptions, price, anchoring choice, release, and customer acceptance.

1. Service requests are not bookings

Submitting a website form, cart, checkout request, message, photograph, or equipment link does not confirm an appointment or fixed price. A service is accepted only when ATXGG confirms the scope, location, access conditions, price or estimate, schedule, and any required deposit in writing or electronically.

2. Services covered

Depending on the accepted work order, ATXGG may provide local delivery, pickup from another location, moving within a property, assembly, disassembly and reassembly, limited door removal, placement, leveling, basic operational checks, flooring work, anchoring, wall installation, packaging removal, design assistance, or turnkey gym setup.

Only the services expressly listed in the accepted quote, invoice, or work order are included. ATXGG does not provide structural engineering, electrical work, plumbing, utility locating, invasive inspection, finish repair, wall or floor reinforcement, permits, or licensed-trade services unless expressly stated and lawfully provided.

3. Base-fee assumptions

A quoted base fee ordinarily assumes safe garage or first-floor access, nearby lawful parking, a clear and reasonably level path, standard doorways, no stairs or unusual obstacles, and no more than minimal disassembly or reassembly unless the quote says otherwise.

Upper or lower levels, stairs, long carries, narrow halls or doors, tight turns, elevators, loading docks, restricted parking, exterior grades, gravel, mud, delicate surfaces, extra workers, rigging, substantial disassembly, door removal, missing parts, specialty tools, or return visits may increase the price or require rescheduling.

4. Customer disclosures and site readiness

Before the appointment, the customer must provide accurate photographs, measurements, equipment information, delivery documents, access facts, and known site restrictions. The customer must arrange lawful parking and building access, reserve elevators when needed, clear the path and work area, identify delicate surfaces and valuables, and keep children, pets, residents, employees, and bystanders away from the work area.

The customer represents that the customer owns the property or has authority from the owner, landlord, property manager, or other responsible party to authorize the requested work.

5. Customer-owned equipment

When a customer buys equipment from a manufacturer, retailer, freight carrier, marketplace seller, or another third party, ATXGG is the mover or installer and is not the seller or manufacturer. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct product and providing all packages, components, hardware, instructions, and manufacturer-required accessories.

Shipping damage, missing or incorrect parts, product defects, manufacturer design issues, incomplete instructions, or incompatible components may prevent completion and may require parts, manufacturer support, extra labor, a return visit, or cancellation. Authorized labor already performed remains payable unless the written agreement says otherwise or law requires a different result.

6. Equipment sold by ATXGG

When ATXGG sells the equipment and also delivers or installs it, the Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the equipment and the work order applies to the service. The work order controls job-specific scope, access, and service pricing; the Terms and Conditions of Sale control the equipment sale unless the work order expressly states otherwise.

7. Disassembly and reassembly

Equipment may need to be disassembled to fit through a doorway, hallway, stairway, elevator, or other restriction. Used, aged, previously assembled, or previously repaired equipment may contain seized or stripped fasteners, corrosion, brittle plastic, worn upholstery, damaged threads, deteriorated cables, fragile wiring, adhesive components, or concealed prior repairs.

Disassembly risk: Even when reasonable care is used, necessary disassembly or reassembly may cause or reveal scratches, chipped paint, tool marks, damaged decals, minor cosmetic changes, or failure of worn or fragile parts. The customer must specifically authorize disassembly in the work order.

8. Limited door removal

If specifically authorized, ATXGG may remove and reinstall an ordinary removable door slab or accessible hinge pins to improve clearance. Unless separately stated, this does not include modifying frames, trim, locks, wiring, glass, fire-rated assemblies, automatic doors, paint, caulk, or carpentry. ATXGG may decline door removal if safe restoration is uncertain.

9. Anchoring and wall installation

Anchoring or wall installation is performed only when expressly included in the work order. The customer must disclose known wiring, plumbing, post-tension cables, radiant systems, waterproofing, structural limitations, lease or association restrictions, and concealed conditions. ATXGG may stop or decline work when the substrate, attachment point, hardware, manufacturer method, or concealed conditions cannot be reasonably verified.

If ATXGG offers or recommends anchoring and the customer declines or defers it, the work order must record that choice. Equipment left unanchored may move, shift, tip, pull away from a wall, or detach. Placement or assembly does not mean unanchored equipment is safe or ready for use. The customer must prevent use until all manufacturer-required or otherwise necessary anchoring is properly completed by ATXGG or another qualified person.

10. Change orders and additional charges

If actual conditions materially differ from the information provided or require additional labor, workers, tools, trips, time, disassembly, door removal, rigging, protection, parts, or specialty work, ATXGG may pause and provide a revised scope or price. No material added charge will be incurred without written or electronic approval. If approval is declined, the customer remains responsible for authorized work already performed and any agreed trip, cancellation, storage, or rescheduling charge.

11. Deposits, payment, and cancellation

A service deposit may reserve labor and scheduling. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is non-refundable if the customer cancels, is unavailable, does not provide safe access, or is not ready at the agreed time. It is applied to the service price. If ATXGG cancels and the parties do not agree to reschedule, ATXGG will refund the unearned deposit. Payment-network rules and nonwaivable rights control where applicable.

Payment is due as stated in the quote, invoice, or work order and may be accepted by cash, Zelle, Venmo, credit card, or another approved method.

12. Stop-work and safety rights

ATXGG may stop, postpone, or refuse work because of unsafe access, severe weather, inadequate staffing for actual conditions, aggressive animals, hazardous materials, unstable structures, undisclosed obstacles, uncertain concealed utilities, unavailable parts or instructions, manufacturer restrictions, or work outside ATXGG's capabilities or lawful scope.

13. Completion and customer acceptance

At completion, the customer should inspect the equipment and surrounding property, review the anchoring status and any incomplete or do-not-use condition, identify visible damage or assembly concerns, and sign or electronically accept the Installation Completion & Customer Acceptance form. The customer must stop use and promptly contact ATXGG if an apparent installation concern is discovered.

14. Property risk, product warranties, and liability

Moving and installing heavy equipment creates risks to floors, walls, doors, stairs, ceilings, elevators, landscaping, equipment finishes, and other property. ATXGG will exercise reasonable care. The customer should protect delicate surfaces and remove fragile or valuable items.

ATXGG does not provide a product warranty for customer-owned equipment. Product warranties for equipment sold by ATXGG, if any, must be expressly stated in writing. The job-specific work order contains the applicable conspicuous release and limitation provisions; merely viewing this webpage is not a substitute for accepting that work order. Nothing in these terms waives liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Governing documents and law

The accepted quote, invoice, work order, approved change orders, completion form, and, when ATXGG sells the equipment, Terms and Conditions of Sale form the agreement for the job. Texas law governs. Venue is in a court of proper jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
