This Privacy Policy explains how ATX Garage Gym LLC ("ATXGG," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through https://atxgaragegym.com, website forms and checkout requests, and related communications about our equipment and services. It applies to residential and commercial contacts.

This policy does not govern a manufacturer, retailer, payment service, social network, map provider, or other third-party site reached through a link. Those parties apply their own privacy policies.

Depending on how you interact with ATXGG, you may provide:

3. contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business name, and preferred contact method;

4. inquiry and transaction information, such as equipment interests, cart or order-request contents, quote requests, budget, pickup or local-delivery preference, and communications;

5. fulfillment and service information, such as a pickup contact, delivery or service address, access instructions, photographs, measurements, stairs, doorways, flooring concerns, and site conditions;

6. payment and record information, such as the payment method selected, deposit or payment amount, transaction identifier, and payment confirmation; and

7. other information you voluntarily include in a message, review, photograph, attachment, or conversation.

Please do not send bank-login credentials, payment-app passwords, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information that ATXGG did not request.

When you visit the Site, ATXGG and its website, security, and technology providers may automatically collect technical information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and security or error logs.

This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the Site. ATXGG does not intentionally collect precise device geolocation through the Site. A delivery or service address you provide is treated as information you submitted for fulfillment.

ATXGG may use personal information to:

10. respond to inquiries and communicate about equipment, availability, quotes, pickup, local delivery, assembly, installation, or other requested services;

11. process and document order requests, deposits, payments, invoices, holds, sales, and customer acceptance;

12. plan routes, staffing, access, equipment movement, disassembly, assembly, anchoring, and site safety;

13. operate, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site and business operations;

14. prevent fraud, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, protect people and property, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or regulatory obligations; and

15. create aggregated or deidentified business information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

The Site may allow you to submit a cart or checkout request, but ATXGG does not currently collect online payment through the Site. Payment is arranged separately or in person using an approved method such as cash, Zelle, Venmo, credit card, or another agreed method.

The bank, card processor, payment application, or other provider processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. ATXGG ordinarily receives a payment status, amount, date, transaction identifier, and payer information rather than your complete bank or card credentials.

The Site and its hosting provider may use cookies that are necessary for site functions, preferences, form submission, fraud prevention, and security. ATXGG may also use aggregated website analytics if enabled in the website platform. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect Site functionality.

ATXGG does not currently use a subscriber marketing-email list. If ATXGG later enables new analytics, advertising pixels, marketing subscriptions, chat tools, online payments, or similar technologies that materially change these practices, ATXGG should update this policy and provide any consent or opt-out mechanism required by law.

The Site uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect device and interaction information and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Information about Google's practices is available at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/terms.

ATXGG may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to:

20. website hosting, form, email, communications, analytics, security, bookkeeping, payment, and other service providers that support ATXGG;

21. employees, contractors, movers, installers, or delivery personnel who need information to respond to or perform an authorized job;

22. professional advisers, insurers, law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or handle a claim;

23. a buyer, successor, lender, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business; or

24. another party when you request, direct, or consent to the disclosure.

ATXGG does not sell personal information for money and does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, ATXGG will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.

Some pages may include affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link, the destination retailer or affiliate network may collect information, set cookies, attribute a purchase to ATXGG, and pay ATXGG a commission. That activity occurs under the third party's privacy policy and terms. ATXGG does not receive the retailer's complete customer account or payment credentials merely because you used an affiliate link.

ATXGG retains personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to inquiries, administering transactions and services, maintaining tax and accounting records, handling warranties or claims, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal or insurance requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. ATXGG may delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds and required recordkeeping.

ATXGG uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the size of the business. No website, email, payment system, or storage method is completely secure, and ATXGG cannot guarantee absolute security. You should use secure channels and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information you previously provided by contacting info@atxgaragegym.com. You may also ask ATXGG to stop nonessential communications. ATXGG may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted for contracts, safety, fraud prevention, taxes, legal claims, or other lawful purposes.

Rights vary by jurisdiction, and ATXGG will respond as required by applicable law. ATXGG generally qualifies as a small business, but it will not sell sensitive personal data without consent where Texas law prohibits that practice.

The Site is intended for adults seeking equipment or services and is not directed to children under 13. ATXGG does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact ATXGG to request review or deletion.
