Who we are
After being tired of driving 30 minutes to my local gym only to find machines broken or the gym completely packed, I decided enough was enough and embarked on a journey to start my own home gym. Now I want to help others navigate the world of home/garage gyms so they can achieve their fitness goals from the comfort of their own home.
